Because every club’s archive varies widely in volume and format, these services will be estimated after an initial review of your club’s existing materials to determine:
- Quantity and condition of items (photos, documents, scrapbooks, artifacts)
- Required resolution and metadata tagging levels
- Whether on-site or off-site digitization is preferred
Digitization costs typically depend on both the volume of materials and degree of organization required, and a detailed estimate will be provided following an archival assessment
